Weaving

With the addition of a brand new unit in Weaving, we are expanding our expertise in this division. Our weaving division comprises 31 Jacquard looms fitted with Bonas Electronic Jacquard and 94 weaving machines fitted with Staubli Dobby. Operational with 20 shafts electronic dobby and 8-color weft insertion and Hi Drive, these are the world-class VAMATEX LEONARDO RAPIER LOOMS and SULZER PROJECTILE LOOMS. 10 looms come with top beam attachment provision for weaving two different warp counts in the same fabric like seer sucker effect. 4 Jumbo Jacquards with 11520 hooks will be installed within 3 months.
