Our processing unit has the capability of finishing from 16” to 125'' finished width with the help of latest processing machinery. These include Osthoff Singeing Machine, Benninger continuous bleaching machine, Benninger Dimensa Merceriser, Kuster’s Calico Merceriser, Monforts Stenter, Motex Stenter, Kuster’s Calendar, Monforts Sanforizer, Mezzera Jiggers, MCS soft flow machines, MCS chemical dispensing system, Koerting Caustic Recovery Plant, Joseph Egli Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant with 3 stage Reverse Osmosis.

The production capacity is targeted at 100,000 meters per day (Bleaching and Dyeing). The unit is designed for Reactive, VAT and disperse dyeing. 

The processing unit is planned for minimum bow/skew, by means of weft straighteners in Stenters at entry and exit, as well as in Sanforizing, calendaring etc. Any residual bow/skew is removed using an E+L dry fabric bow/skew corrector.

The Monforts Continuous Dyeing range – Pad Dry & Kusters Pad Steam are to be installed within 6 months.
